Have you ever called 911? What can you expect when someone answers your emergency call? A Lee County Sheriff Office crime prevention specialist will take you behind the scenes to explain the hundreds of hours of training 911 dispatchers undergo. She will share the cases that have changed the way police, fire and EMS respond and those that have changed Florida law. You will also find out about all the different types of calls dispatchers receive and the number one thing they want you know when you are requesting help.
