Get Started In Woodworking

How to start a small shop and using a lathe. A wood lathe can be used to make bowls, coasters, boxes, pens and fruit. There will be examples of each item so that you can experience the shape, texture and functionality of different woods.

We will review basic shop tools, lathes, lathes tools and species of wood. I will leave information on the local wood turning club that you can visit and learn to turn.
