Award-winning singer and actress Ashley Brown returns to Artis—Naples for a special evening of song with Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly and the Naples Philharmonic. Making her Broadway debut as Belle in Beauty and the Beast in 2005, Brown went on to originate the title role of Mary Poppins, garnering Outer Critics, Drama League and Drama Desk nominations for Best Actress. She has performed with many of North America's top orchestras, including the Boston Pops, the New York Philharmonic, the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall and many others. With her rich, polished vocals and joyful style, Brown joins the orchestra in performing a selection of songs from the great Broadway composers Richard Rodgers, Oscar Hammerstein and Lorenz Hart.
