Review and analysis of the strategies and tactics necessary to combat international terrorism - specifically ISIS. Topics: role of politicians, FBI, military and intelligence experts, realistic goals, tools of war vs criminal law enforcement, cyber warfare, aims and methods of ISIS and other Islamic terror groups, coalitions, air and ground combat, ISIS ideology and recruitment, neutralizing
terror cells and radicalization sites, domestic and international intelligence and finally we discuss specific recommendations.
