Review and analysis of the strategies and tactics necessary to combat international terrorism - specifically ISIS. Topics: role of politicians, FBI military, and intelligence experts; realistic goals; tools of war vs criminal law enforcement; cyber warfare; aims and methods of ISIS and other Islamic terror groups; coalitions; air and ground combat; ISIS ideology and recruitment; neutralizing terror cells and radicalization sites; domestic and international intelligence; specific recommendations.
