How the U.S. Supreme Court Works
This course will explain how the United States Supreme Court functions. We will discover how cases are selected, reviewed and heard. We will also explore preparation of and issuance of Court rulings. Taught by an attorney that served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Warren Berger in 1974-1975. Instructor: Timothy D. Kelly
