Are you new to meditation, or want to improve your practice? This lecture offers a guide for building and using skills in concentration and insight (clear inner seeing). Learn ways to maintain relaxed, steady awareness in the now, and cope with distractions from inside or outside. Practice noticing your thoughts and physical/emotional sensations, whether joyful, negative or neutral. We are human beings not human doings. As Goldie Hawn Wrote in Ten Mindful Minutes, “non-doing is a crucial skill in these distracted times.” Instructor: Ann Marina
