All in the Family Concert: The Legacy of J.S. Bach and his Sons

The music of Johann Sebastian Bach has had a profound influence on composers and musicians to the present day. Bach, who came from a reputable lineage of church musicians, fathered twenty children, four of whom distinguished themselves as composers and musicians in their own right. Enjoy an afternoon of music by J.S. Bach and four of his sons: Wilhelm Friedemann, Carl Phillip Emanuel, Johann Christoph Friedrich, and Johann Christian. Musical selections will be performed by violinist and violist Rachel Cox and Judy Kaff on piano. Instructors: Rachel Cox, Judy Kaff
- Online programs are typically 60 minutes of lecture with 15 minutes of Q&A at the END of the presentation. Students will be able to type questions into the system at any time during the presentation.
