The world of supplementation is overwhelming and confusing. You can find them at every

major retailer but how do you know which ones are right for you? Learn how to identify a

quality supplement, how to determine which to take for your unique body, and how

polyphenols can help you obtain better health. Not all supplements are created equal!

• Online programs are typically 60 minutes of lecture with 15 minutes of Q&A at the END of the presentation. Students will be able to type questions into the system at any time during the presentation.
