In this workshop we review the basics of foundation estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, General Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and HIPAA Pre-need Authorizations, what they are, how they work, and how they integrate with each other. We also call the audience’s attention to questions they never thought to ask.
