Engage in conversation with our stellar local chef, Kristina San Filippo, whose "culinary hub," Purple Spoon, located on US 41 in Bonita Springs, features cooking classes, a weekly market, retail of specialty food items & wines, Farm To Table + Beyond Dinners, and prepared foods using locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. Small tastings will be provided, with a focus on discussion of local ingredients and healthful intentions.
