Designed for Beginners with Some or No Excel Experience. A review of how Excel works, its uses, and its basic formulas. The classes will involve actual creation of Excel spreadsheets which students can modify to incorporate their own data for whatever use they want. Topics to be covered include: Excel Toolbar, data entry, formatting, totaling, use of tabs, linking tabs, printing and savings. Frank Connolly has served as a Director of Finance for Boards of Education and towns and teaches public finance at the university level. Requirements: Laptop with Excel software and a USB port. (Note: IPADs may not have Excel on them)
