TIC: Fun with Alcohol Inks

($15.00 donation per participant is expected for supplies and materials)

Description: The fun with alcohol inks presentation introduces participants to the vibrant, versatile and exciting art medium of alcohol inks. The activity includes a brief overview that includes its historical details, uses, and qualities/techniques. Next participants will engage in a hands-on demonstration of several specific techniques to get the participants used to handling these fluid and fun inks. Participants will paint their own imaginative alcohol ink creation! Peggy and other artists familiar with the medium will be available to answer questions, offer advice, and to marvel at the beautiful pieces of art they know participants will create.(Please bring an apron and your creative spirit!)

Designed for: Any member with a creative spirit who is interested in learning about painting with alcohol inks.
