Are you looking for some one-on-one help with your questions for your iPhone or iPad? Here is your opportunity. Support is virtual, either by FaceTime or Zoom, with a 15-minute appointment. You will need two devices, one to communicate with and the other to work on. If you have two Apple devices, a FaceTime session will be arranged. If your communication device is a PC, a Zoom session will be arranged. When you schedule your complimentary 15-minute appointment, please indicate your issue or challenge and the type of devices you will be using. If your problem cannot be handled in a 15-minute segment, you will be directed to Apple for professional help. In order to allow all members the opportunity for help, no double bookings will be accepted.
