Principled Negotiations: Conflict Management and Conflict Resolution
Although we negotiate something at least once a week, it is not easy to do well. People either acquiesce and make unnecessary concessions or are determined to "win" at all costs and without regard for relationships. Bill Krein will introduce a third way to negotiate: the method of Principled Negotiations developed at the Harvard Project on Negotiations. Bill has many years of experience with business negotiations, dispute mediation, and teaching Conflict Resolution and Negotiations as an MBA adjunct professor.
