TIC: Russia and Putin: The Country and Its Leader

Description: This presentation will include information about the demographics of Russia and will focus on Putin’s personal life, rise to power, contract with Russian citizens, and apparent intentions. This presentation will also provide a context for a discussion of the foreign policy options in reaction to Russia’s aggressive actions on the world scene. Participants will be expected to ask questions and engage in discussion.
