SAFE – Women's Basic Self-Defense
Have you ever been approached by someone asking for money? Have you ever felt uncomfortable, even threatened? What did you do? What would you do? SAFE is a Women's Basic Self-Defense course. Specially-trained Lee County Sheriff's Office crime prevention specialists conduct this program just for the ladies – all ages. We spend part of the class going over personal safety, situational awareness and case study. You will also learn moves you can perform, if you ever feel threatened or face a potential assault.
