TIC - What is going on in Estero?
With a career in Connecticut local government as a Town Planner, Town Manager, and School Finance Director, Frank Connolly could write a book. In fact, he has written both fiction and non-fiction books. One book has been used as a textbook on Connecticut local governmental operations. A resident of Lighthouse Bay, Frank Connolly brings his professional insight to local matters. His guest will be Steve Sarkozy, Town Manager of Estero. Steve will review issues that are of significant interest to all of us: recreational areas, land use, land development, and the continuing growth of Lee County. As well as the impact of rising real estate values and implications for Estero property taxes, including frequency of revaluation He will also provide an update on the former Winn Dixie property.
