Guy was an amateur bodybuilder in the late 80’s. His first certification was through the American Council of Exercise in 1996. His fitness philosophy is as follows: “Focus, form and frequency are paramount. How much and how many come next.” With over twenty years of experience and a current certification through AFAA/NASM, Guy enjoys making a positive impact on people’s quality of life. His areas of expertise are Strength & Conditioning, Weight Loss and Flexibility Training.
